Please join us for a raw food potluck! Click on the events calendar for details. Next potluck is Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Remember to bring your own table service and a raw food dish to pass! If this is your first visit and you don't know what to bring, you could make a little donation instead. Please call for reservations! (Leave a message is I don't answer or just E-mail me!) Seating is limited to 12 people.

RAW REJUVENATE RETREAT!

Also available is a raw living foods retreat for one or 2! I offer an opportunity for up to two people who have already been through a program similar to Creative Health Institute to come for a week or two for rest, local activities and being fed raw living foods that you help prepare here at the center! This is a great way to refresh some of your food preparation skills! Please see the "services" link for more information.
